Saving users' personal data and how to deal with it:

• Wassny application has the right to save and use all personal information of all users of the application, which includes the following, as an example, but not limited to:
• Basic data: name, email, date of birth, contact numbers, gender, country of residence, travel destinations and dates, personal photos and lists of each user's earnings.
• Residential and commercial application user sites.
• Bank data for the transfer of funds to the beneficiaries to be able to make their own transfers.
• Photocopies of personal proofs such as bank cards, personal status, and photos of bank account numbers, IBANs, and others.
• Evaluate the users of the application and share it with the users of the application in general.
• Delivery requests, their details, prices and number of entered goods.
• Personal conversations between users of the application, including correspondence via the text chat system, and all images that are shared.

• For bank cards and payment methods:

• The Wassny application does not save bank card information, and the card information is saved by authorised payment companies and platforms in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or in any country that includes branches or existence of the Wassny application for the purpose of ease of reuse and requires re-entering the CVV password every purchase or payment.

• The Wassny Application does not sell, trade, or rent users' personal identification data to third parties.

• The Wassny application team has the right to view all the data of the application users for the purpose of follow-up and ensure that the application is working properly, follow up on financial transactions and approvals through the application and extract all reports in any format.

• All data and information that is uploaded to the application is the property of Wassny application and the application has the right to keep it and it has the right to implement what it requires its application and use of it to make the application work properly.

How Wassny app Saves and Process the Data:

The Wassny application seeks to save users’ data in a safe environment away from the illegal use of the users of the application, and the application does not seek to share users’ data with any external companies or entities except for courts and governmental and sovereign sectors if there is a need. In the event of security breaches, cyber-attacks or data leakage, the Wassny application does not bear the consequences of any such leakage or misuse of lost information or data.

Messages and external Web links through the application

• The application depends on saving locations for the purpose of completing the delivery process.
• Wassny application sends sponsored messages, confirmation messages for all operations to users. The Wassny application or messages sent through it may contain links to external sites and advertisements, which the user must verify before using or accessing them, and the Wassny application does not bear any consequences or violation of the privacy of users and their data from unauthorised third parties.
